2003 show is to take place on May 24 in Riga, Latvia,
hosted by Latvian Television.
The hosts
will be two young Latvian singers who are both household
names across Europe.
Reynard
Cawper, the lead singer of the pop group Brainstorm, represented
Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2000 with the song
My Star. It was the first year Latvia had participated and
he achieved third place.
His co-host, Marie N, won the
Eurovision Song Contest in Estonia last year with I wanna.
Born in Riga, she is one of the most popular singers in
her country and is fast expanding her European career.
Accreditation
26 EBU members will participate, with many more European
and overseas broadcasters buying the show.
