The EBU’s General Assembly held on 2-3 December 2010 elected nine members of its Executive Board. The Board took office on 1 January 2011 for a period of two years. 

Jean-Paul Philippot, RTBF (Belgium) and Claudio Cappon, RAI (Italy) had already been re-elected in July 2010 to the posts of President and Vice-President.
