1) Hotel Booking

2) Hotel Cancellation Policy 

Participants must cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival. After this date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full rate should the room remain unoccupied.
In case of unannounced late arrivals (after 6.00 pm) or no-shows the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and reassign the room to another guest. If the room remains unoccupied, you will be charged the full rate.
