1) Registration Procedure

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR HOTELS
Please note that hotel rooms in most hotels are still available.
If your first choice hotel does not appear in the selection, please mark your preferred hotel and your arrival/departure date in the field "Special requests or comments".
You will get a confirmation from our travel agency.
2) Registration Cancellation Policy
Confirmed participants who are unable to attend must cancel at least 7 days prior to the conference. After this date, the participant will be charged the full registration fee. The EBU reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. If an event is cancelled by the EBU, the registration fee will be refunded accordingly.
