"Performance Management in Public Service Media"        

The overall performance of an organization can be improved by improving the performance of individuals within a team framework.   

- How to get the best out of people?
- Do you measure individual performance, and how?
- How do you recognize/reward performance?
 
 

This assembly will look at processes that enable individuals to perform to the best of their abilities. It will discuss how Public Service Media organisations create and sustain a work environment and a mindset in which people can improve their performance, as well as foster their motivation and well-being.   

Objectives:     

  • To compare the individual Performance Management in sports with the Public Service Media "business"   
  • To share best practices on performance measurement implementations 
  • To discuss benefits and pitfalls of performance processes, tools and means of recognition 
  • To provide a platform for exchange among the EBU Members Human Resources community
