MMR08 is a two-day event to understand the impact of new technologies on the way we produce and consume content. Speakers will explore the most important trends in New Media, where the biggest assets are ideas. 

The event aims to give participants an overview of the most important developments affecting their day-to-day work. Participants will hear new ideas, see what others are doing and discuss key trends.  

 

DAY ONE 

10.00 Welcome

10.15 Keynote Session: Measuring Success   
The opening session looks at how broadcasters measure success in the age of Web 2.0 and the Long Tail. Speakers will debate the importance of traditional audience metrics and the need to measure qualities such as relevance and trust.

12.15: Football Pitch 
The Euro 2008 football tournament will take place in Austria and Switzerland in June. The event affords a unique opportunity to create a conversation between web users in the 16 qualifying countries.
