The 10th TAKTONS International Competition, hosted by Radio Novi Sad, Serbia and Montenegro, will open on 17 November. The best achievements in sound recording on public radio and television will be awarded.

The competition's purpose is to bring together sound engineers and provide them with professional evaluation of their best achievements in audio recording and acoustics.

An accompanying exhibition of professional audio equipment and an international conference with the participation of public service broadcasters from Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia and a number of other countries from the region has been organized as part of the competition.
