Last day of Eurovision TV Summit in Lucerne

After a compelling week of meetings with decision-makers in all genres of public TV broadcasting, the Eurovision TV Summit has come to an end.

The Summit is a unique platform for members to exchange ideas about current and future developments in broadcasting.

Over the past two days, the Eurovision Science and Education Experts Group meeting featured a pitching session providing delegates with the opportunity of getting involved in the most promising coproduction projects.

The Children’s Documentary Series Group met yesterday and the Children’s Documentary & Drama Series Groups met today.  Broadcasters produce one programme each on a particular theme and can then choose to use all productions by fellow broadcasters in the “make one, take all”  system.

The City Folk meeting coordinated by NPS and Eurovision TV was also held over the past two days.

The EBUconnect conference  brought together 140 delegates  to show  the best in EBU Members' work in on-screen promotion, presentation, marketing and design.

The Mobile Content meeting invited representatives of the mobile sector to talk about current developments. The Teletext & Subtitling meeting presented members’ solutions on TV and other platforms.
