The European Broadcasting Union has renewed its agreement with the international swimming federation, securing exclusive broadcasting rights until 2005 for four World Swimming Championships.

The renewed agreement between both organizations re-enforces the continuation of a long-standing relationship between the two organizations, marked most recently with the 2001 World Swimming Championships held in Fukuoka, Japan. 

Next rendezvous: 10th World Swimming Championships, 12-27 July 2003, Barcelona (Spain).
