A workshop on Capitalising on DAB digital radio - content and programming opportunities for broadcasters, organized jointly by the World DAB Forum, the EBU and the Association of European Radio (AER) takes place in Brussels on 28 May, 2003.

With a record attendance of 108 participants from Europe, Australia, Asia and Canada, the workshop is looking for innovative ways to enhance radio experience by exploiting the benefits afforded by DAB digital radio. DAB broadcasters want to provide listeners with an enhanced listening experience, thereby increasing the time spent listening to radio.

The workshop brings together the best minds in business, enabling public and private broadcasters to share ideas, experiences and best practice. While identifying workable solutions, delegates will boost content creativity - an important new step in digital radio developments.
