EBU and Radio Netherlands present their coproduction: a World Music Workshop CD. This CD offers different styles of music supplied by 31 EBU Members. 

At the Workshop in Athens in 2001, the EBU World Music producers agreed to launch a common project: a CD promoting the music produced or broadcast in their respective programmes. It was the very first CD ever issued by EBU producers in the 15 years of existence of the World Music Workshop. The project initiator was Co de Kloet, NPB/NPS.

The 2002 and 2003 CDs were produced by Radio Netherlands under the leadership of Dick Kuijs, executive producer, Radio Netherlands Music.

The 2003 music is compiled by Manon Miessen (Radio Netherlands Music), Saskia Bender (Netherlands Programme Service), and Martha Hawley (Radio Netherlands).
