EBU discussion document on requirements for HDTV receivers

The EBU Technical Committee has prepared a discussion document on the technical elements needed for tomorrow's HDTV receivers. 

The ideas in the document are currently being discussed with receiver manufacturers, and should help those across Europe who are preparing for High Definition Television to make all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle fit together when, in the years ahead, services are launched.
