Tamar was born with little hearing.  In infancy, she received a hearing implant which helped her hear.
Recently, it has stopped working and she can no longer hear.  How does she cope with deafness?  Her doctor recommends a special operation to take out the old implant and put in a new one.  It is a risky operation.  If it fails she will lose all her hearing. How will Tamar cope?
