1) Réserver sa chambre d'Hôtel
Les réservations d'hôtels s'effectuent par l'intermédiaire de notre agence de voyage, et via le formulaire général d'inscription au Sommet Eurovision TV.

2) Annulation
Les participants doivent annuler leur réservation d'hôtel au plus tard 7 jours avant leur date d'arrivée.
Au-delà de ces 7 jours, l'hôtel se réserve le droit de facturer le prix de la chambre à la personne concernée.
En cas de retard non signalé (après 18h00) ou de non présentation à l'accueil de l'établissement, ce dernier se réserve le droit d'annuler la réservation et de proposer la chambre à un autre client. Si la chambre reste inoccupée, il sera demandé de régler son montant.
