When the EBU Technical Department decided to develop a Broadcast Quality seminar, it put in the provocative question: "Quality – does it matter?". 

Based on the responses from the audience attending the two-day seminar this week, the only conclusion can be: yes! The seminar addressed a range of topics including IPTV quality, mobile TV, HDTV, flat panel displays and last but not least audio.
