For broadcasters IP is a relatively new buzzword. The purpose of this seminar is to demystify this word and provide technical explanations by both EBU and external experts.

This technology-centred seminar will focus on the usage of Internet Protocol for broadcasting and on the distribution of linear and non-linear content over broadcast and communications networks using Internet Protocol (IP). The scope of the seminar covers both the public Internet and dedicated IP networks.

The target audience includes technical department managers, technical supervisors engineers and operational staff who wouldlike to be informed about the different technical options for scalable  distribution of audio-visual content and how to drive costs down.
