On Tuesday 1 June 2010 Polish Television TVP and the EBU organised a screening of the award winning Polish film 'The Seven Gates of Jerusalem' at the Polish embassy in Brussels.

The event was followed by a dinner reception with Members of the European Parliament and high level EU officials. The event was an opportunity for TVP to showcase one of its distinctive and high-quality productions in Brussels and for EBU President Jean-Paul Philippot to highlight that "EBU Members invest EUR 10 billion annually in new European TV productions and invest in genres and programmes that would otherwise be underserved".  EBU Director General Ingrid Deltenre and Vice President Claudio Cappon were also onsite, representing the EBU.
