Social media have emerged as a fully-fledged outlet for broadcasters to publish their content and engage with their audiences. Each platform constitutes a separate ecosystem and requires a different approach.

Learning from Swedish Radio’s experience, media managers will explore how to integrate social media into their content production and distribution strategy, define relevant objectives, recruit and lead competent teams of professionals and manage crises.
