For the second themed visit, IOI takes you to Red Bull Media House (RBMH). Over the past 10 years, the Austrian energy drink maker has become a global media company that produces and distributes original content to a variety of platforms, from newsstands to Snapchat and everything in between.
Our visit will focus on how the newly established innovation department leverages disruptive technologies, creativity and new business models to shape the future of media and find successful ways to engage with Generation Z, the true digital natives (5-21 years).
More specifically, IOI community members will learn about RBMH innovation strategies and processes; use cases and success metrics; the ecosystem of partners in which the five-person innovation team operates; and how the seamless integration of successful innovations into existing processes is ensured.
Surprises designed to test your innovation mindset will be part of the event.
