Assembly of Contact Engineers

The annual Assembly of Contact Engineers offers broadcast engineers and executives the chance to get updates about the EBU's network activities and network with peers. The Assembly of Contact Engineers (ACE) meet once a year to discuss EBU Member-related projects, industry trends and future technologies in broadcasting.

This year as usual, we will discuss network strategy and look at updates to the Mandatory Network (News, Radio), including the final stage of the FUNA News & Radio Mandatory Network (FNRMN) project, a News Exchange update and the Euroradio network operations.

You will also get a chance to see presentations on Members experience as well as information on the commercial activities of the Eurovision commercial network. In addition you will be able to get an update on future development focusing on the topic of IP in professional media facilities as well as SDN IP networking.
