Webinar - EBU Content Appeal (COVID-19)

The EBU is examining the possibility of creating a reciprocal programme pool of pre-built content that is available across the EBU membership to palliate a substantial risk of a lack of content on linear and on-demand platforms in forthcoming weeks due to suspension of production, particularly across documentary, factual, cultural and entertainment programming. Legal and technical solutions will be addressed subsequently.

At this stage the key preliminary questions are: what content could be available, suitable for international re-versioning, with rights available within European territories, and does this correspond to scheduling needs of other broadcasters?
