The upcoming December meeting of the Future of Work Group will feature Philipp Vongehr, Change Management, NDR, and Patrick Hernan, HR Project Manager, RTS.
Philipp Vongehr will explore the dynamics of transitioning to Open Spaces, with a primary emphasis on empowering managers for the smooth integration of desk sharing. Exploring the transformative potential of desk sharing, the discussion will underscore the critical role of effective leadership in achieving success. While the logical advantages of desk sharing are evident, navigating the implementation process can pose challenges. The presentation aims to provide an insightful examination of how managers can progress from guidance to genuine empowerment in adopting desk sharing. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the personal challenges managers face, fostering a discussion on effective strategies to overcome these hurdles.
Patrick Hernan will delve into the realm of Talent and Competency oversight, shedding light on the methodologies and tools employed in the management of jobs and skills. Within RTS, a comprehensive suite of tools and methodologies, referred to as "Réseau Métier 2.0", is utilized to navigate the evolution of jobs and skills. This encompasses a descriptive approach employing job descriptions, scope of activity, and job requirements, alongside a predictive approach that focuses on job evolution trends and required skill levels. The methodology integrates a review process, a database, dashboards, and an influence factors engine. The evolution of "Réseau Métiers 2.0" prioritizes business needs and individual skills, incorporating the implementation of an integrated IT tool.
The session is open to all.
