PROGRAMME

The Autumn 2024 Legal & Policy Assembly will be opened by Delphine Ernotte Cunci, EBU President & France Télévisions CEO.

Since the Assembly takes place at the beginning of a new EU mandate, we will also take the opportunity to look forward with a high-level panel of EU decision makers from the European institutions. We will also have a specialist panel on PSM (Media / Security + Defence) and a presentation by the Council of Europe on its work protection media freedom in Europe.

There will also be an update on European ongoing files.

ACCOMMODATION

We would like to bring your attention that the week of 7 October 2024 is a plenary week in Strasbourg, meaning that hotels' availabilities will be very quickly reduced and as a consequence, prices will very quickly increase.

In order to ensure that our attendees to the Legal & Policy session have the possibility to book their stay at reasonable prices, we have negotiated preferential prices with two-three hotels in Strasbourg. You can find all the details about accommodation in the summary we have prepared for you.

We kindly advise you to book as early as possible your accommodation in order to ensure that you get a reasonable price. After the cut-off dates, unfortunately, we will have no possibility to get preferential prices anymore.

On the transportation side, we have gathered in one document, information on the different possibilities to reach Strasbourg.
