Content Regulation Group: Relationship between the AVMSD and other Secondary EU law instruments

During this meeting we will examine the interplay between the Audiovisual Media Services Directive, which specifically regulates audiovisual media services, and other horizontal EU law instruments, such as the E-Commerce Directive and the Digital Services Act. A better understanding of the EU legal framework will help us to formulate our policy priorities for the new EU mandate.
