The AI Summit took place on 1 December, alongside the EBU’s Winter General Assembly in Geneva. This EBU's first ever large-scale event entirely focused on this topic brought together decision makers and AI-related stakeholders from across public service media (PSM) to exchange knowledge, build alignment and explore ways to embrace the opportunities as well as face the challenges presented by AI.
The one-day conference provided access to insights and opinions from across the industry and an opportunity to learn from peers. EBU Members discussed how to join forces to move faster and stronger in their response to AI developments whether at a strategic, ethical, legal, content, or technical level.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is set to have a transformative impact on the media industry and the EBU is providing a one-stop shop to help public service media navigate developments in this space.
