The EBU's AI and Data Initiative and Media Intelligence Service (MIS) have co-organized a micro-workshop on Audience Analysis, with the aim to explore analytical tools, processes and research that help PSM better know their audiences.
This workshop included presentations from the EBU, SRF, Yle, and ZDF, which provided insights into the way that each of these organizations approaches the topic.
