Dmytro Kozlov, Board Member and Chief Human Resources Officer at UA:PBC present the unique and unprecedented work done to support UA:PBC staff during the war, with a focus on psychological help. Among other examples, we look at how a network of professional therapists volunteered to help UA:PBC staff, how new institutional partnerships were created to enhance the support, and how this assistance evolved into structured internal therapy sessions hosted online by an in-house therapist.
