The Social Media Trends Group works together to explore strategies for increasing engagement and enhancing interactivity with European audiences around traditional media projects.
The key to the group’s activities is to understand and analyse audience behavior, as well as to exchange knowledge and examples of best practices in interactivity based on their own daily output.
The material gathered is shared with the wider EBU membership through a monthly digital publication, the Social Newsroom, and via the annual Social Media Trends Summit.
