The role of public service media is to serve all audiences with content that is distinctive, innovative and relevant. The current coronavirus (COVID19) crisis has put us all to a test, but more than ever public media has been able to prove how much it contributes to society, also when it is under huge pressure. This report is looking back at the services we provided last year. The current crisis we are going through is also an invitation to review and strengthen our services.
