There are currently three and soon four generations working simultaneously in our companies: baby-boomers, Gen-X, Gen-Y… and soon Gen-Z (born in this millennium). HR needs to manage Gen diversity:

Workshop 2: Digital talent acquisition, re-engineering recruitment solutions/processes

Workshop 3: Digital talent development and engagement (performance/engagement talks versus appraisals, putting digital on the talent map, big data monitoring, etc.)
