Leadership Programme for PSM

This course is part of EBU Academy's Regional Learning Hubs

The Leadership Programme for PSM is a unique programme that provides experienced managers with crucial skills for leading people in a changing and competitive environment. This programme will enable managers to rise up to the leadership challenge. Participants are guided from macro issues such as organisational structures, strategies and formal networks, to micro topics like managing performance, providing and using feedback to enhance personal and professional growth. We will discuss how to create an effective and joyful work environment through the analysis of roles and an appropriate distribution of responsibilities.

Leadership is about understanding people. To be a good leader, you need a thorough understanding of yourself and of the dynamics of human behavior in different situations and be sensitive to situations and people.

You will learn through hands-on experience and experimentation in small teams.
