Building a work culture that breeds innovation


Take a look at corporate culture and how to build an organization that breathes flexibilty and innovation. Erin Meyer is professor at INSEAD Business School, author of "The Culture Map: Breaking Through the Invisible Boundaries of Global Business" and co-author with Reed Hastings of "No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention". She talks about specific organization culture that tries to maximize talent and remove obstacles to innovation in this presentation and panel discussion.

This was a keynote presentation at the 2021 Media Summit.
