Anne-Paule Martin, Head of Digital at the Swiss public broadcaster RTS, shares an EBU Member-led perspective on digital transformation and the need to change from within. She talks about the digital transformation peer review provided through the EBU's Digital Transformation Initiative (DTI) and how the interaction with peers revealed the broadcasters strengths and areas for improvement.
