Each concert is taken by an average of 10 EBU Radio Members, 
with an audience of around 1.2 million listeners.          

Euroradio Season Concerts:    
The Jazz Producers organize every season a series of concerts 
specialy produced for the EBU. The concerts take place on the 
second and the last Friday of each month, from September to 
June, between 22h20 and 00h00 CET.

EBU Jazz Festivals: The spectacular increase since 2000 mentioned above is primarily due to the setting up of a Jazz Fund, making possible financial assistance for the acquisition of performers' rights for EBU broadcasts. Among the prestigious festivals which have been made available in this way are: Jazzkar            (Estonia), Montreux (Switzerland), Jazz Baltica (Germany), Saarfelden (Austria), Banlieues Bleues France). Tampere (Finland), Umea (Sweden) and Montreal (Canada).

EBU Public Jazz Concerts: Each year since 1965, EBU Radio Members send one of their best musicians to a host organization to form the Euroradio Big Band

Thanks to a dynamic commissioning policy, the big band repertory has been enriched by a large number of new works, and a whole network of relationships has been created among musicians from various countries.
