Fostering Civic Discourse: The Public Spaces Incubator

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to have a decent discussion in digital spaces? Without insults and loud trolls? Six public broadcasters are jointly developing an expansion of their Internet platforms for communication and dialogue. Civility by Design is our motto. We want to discuss openly, respectfully, as constructively as possible, and the nuances should also have their place. Just like in real life, when a discussion succeeds. This is what the Public Spaces Incubator is about, and some of its tools are now being tested on public pilots.
