Agile Transformation Review: Building a roadmap for sustainable success at BNT

Bulgarian National Television (BNT) is undergoing a transformation to become digital-first. This shift is necessitated by the changes in digital consumption patterns and the need to engage younger audiences. The transformation involves both technological and cultural shifts, including restructuring work processes and cultivating a new mindset among employees. BNT has already taken steps to address these challenges. However, there is still much more to be done to ensure a smooth transition to digital-first practices.

The review team focused on identifying practical strategies and concrete steps to assist BNT in this transition, creating a long-term roadmap for change that extends to the entire organization.
