AIDI Town Hall

In this back-from-summer-holidays AIDI sync call, we kickstarted the Autumn season with the following agenda items:

• An introduction from EBU Deputy Director General Jean-Philip de Tender about the EBU's new AI vision, and our upcoming EBU AI Summit
• A live broadcast from Paris to sneak into the Generative AI HackJam organized by the EBU and Radio France at the Maison de la radio, to see what the participating teams are up to
• A quick look at the recently published EBU report on Generative AI, News and Audiences
• AI use cases to collectively contribute to the EBU's upcoming report on Members' AI strategies
• A call for Members AI guidelines to share with the community
• A call for participants in the evaluation phase of the EU project vera.ai on AI against disinformation

The Members Spotlight series will return next month with France Télévisions in October and Yle in November.
