Le mois dernier, l'UER a adopté une nouvelle méthode d'authentification, Microsoft Entra, et a désactivé l'ancienne (sso.ebu.ch).
Conséquences pour la plupart des membres de l'UER ?
Les employés de la plupart des membres de l'UER doivent désormais utiliser une authentification fédérée. Votre organisation fait office de fournisseur d'identité. Vous n'avez plus besoin de deux comptes ni de deux mots de passe distincts.
Vos identifiants professionnels vous donnent accès au contenu de l'UER.
Que faire sur l'écran suivant ?
Si vous possédez déjà un compte UER, saisissez votre adresse courriel professionnelle et cliquez sur « Suivant ». Le logo de l'UER sera remplacé par celui de votre organisation. Saisissez votre mot de passe professionnel habituel et, si vous y êtes invité, acceptez le partage d'informations avec l'UER.
Boîtes aux lettres partagées ?
Le nouveau mécanisme d'authentification n'est pas compatible avec les boîtes aux lettres partagées. Si vous accédez habituellement aux sites web de l'UER via un compte partagé, vous devez créer un nouveau compte utilisateur individuel. Consultez les instructions ci-dessous.
Si la connexion fédérée ne fonctionne pas ?
Pour certains membres de l'UER, ainsi que pour le grand public, la connexion fédérée ne fonctionnera pas. Vous pouvez toutefois vous connecter avec votre compte existant. Trois cas de figure peuvent se présenter :
Cas 1: Si votre adresse e-mail est liée à un compte Microsoft, vous serez redirigé vers https://login.live.com. Connectez-vous avec vos identifiants Microsoft habituels.
Cas 2: Si votre adresse e-mail est liée à un compte Google, vous serez redirigé vers https://accounts.google.com. Connectez-vous avec vos identifiants Google habituels.
Cas 3: Si votre adresse e-mail n'est liée à aucun de ces services, vous recevrez un mot de passe temporaire par e-mail à chaque connexion.
Si aucune de ces solutions ne fonctionne ?
Veuillez lire attentivement les instructions ci-dessous, car le choix effectué lors de votre première connexion est définitif.
Pour créer un compte, sélectionnez « Pas de compte ? En créer un ».
Trois options s'offrent à vous:
