Rock-en-Seine Festival celebrates a decade of rock
21 août 2012

Brian Molko, who fronts the Sonic styled rock band Placebo will take centre stage on August 24, when the Rock-en-Seine festival marks its 10th anniversary with a live transmission via the EBU network and Radio France Le Mouv.
A live feed of the concert will be streamed in partnership with Arte Live Web and EBU Members will also be able to embed the stream on their website or access it via eurosonic.net.
To date, Placebo has released six studio albums which have reached the top 20 in the UK, and have sold over ten million records worldwide. Other headline acts include The Black Keys, Green Day and Bromance.
The three day festival at the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud west of Paris, is one of the biggest French open-air summer events and attracts headlines not only for the calibre, but the controversy of its performers.
In 2008, Amy Winehouse failed to appear on stage when her performance commitment slipped her memory; in 2009, a backstage showdown led Oasis to split.
