Eurovision Young Dancers: winner 2013

Sedrig Verwoert of The Netherlands has won the Eurovision Young Dancers competition in an evening of top live entertainment culminating in a dance-off duel.
Felix Berning of Germany was awarded second place.
The contest, hosted by Polish broadcaster TVP at the Baltic Opera & Baltic Dance Theatre in Gdansk, showcases the best in contemporary dance styles, including jazz, contemporary and hip hop.
20-year-old Sedrig impressed judges with his contemporary solo and stood out in a group dance arranged by renowned British choreographers the BalletBoyz.
An estimated one million viewers in 12 countries tuned into the 13th Eurovision Young Dancers competition. Viewers in participating countries, and additionally, VRT Belgium and RTVSH Albania, were able to follow the competition on TV; fans elsewhere followed the contest live online.
The ten public service broadcasters competing for tonight's €7000 first prize included: Armenia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Germany, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, The Netherlands, Ukraine.
