Partnership Programme:  Arman Saghatelyan has been appointed Executive Director of Public Radio of Armenia. The decision was taken by the Council of Public TV and Radio Company of Armenia.

Saghatelyan graduated in 1997 from the Armenian Agricultural Academy. In 2000 he completed his postgraduate studies at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (RA).

Between 1997 and 1999, Saghatelyan served in the RA Armed Forces as the reporter and anchorman of “Zinuzh” (Armed Forces) TV program. The following 10 years, Saghatelyan held many positions within the RA Defense Ministry; from PR specialist and host of “Zinuzh” TV program to later run the department of public relations. During that time, he lectured in the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University and became a Reserve Captain of RA Armed Forces.

In 2011 he headed “ArmRadio FM 107” radio station, in 2012 held the position of Deputy Director General of the "Pan-Armenian Media Group" CJSC, and a year later worked as the President’s Spokesman for the Republic of Armenia.

Arman Saghatelyan holds the Degree of Doctor of Politics and has written over a dozen of scientific articles and educational programs.
