The upcoming September meeting of the Future of Work Group will feature Christina Johannesson, Manager of Future Competencies at SVT, Sweden.
To adapt swiftly to disruptive factors such as AI, political fluctuations, and economic conditions, empowering leaders to make informed decisions and provide their teams with the autonomy to respond to changing circumstances becomes paramount.
Christina Johannesson will discuss Leadership Culture: The Power of Empowerment and Feedback, emphasizing the pivotal role of empowerment at all organizational levels. The strategy revolves around three core pillars:
1. Clarity in defining goals and roles.
2. Empowering leadership.
3. Feedback and coaching.
Collectively, these pillars establish a framework in which leaders at all levels have a clear understanding of their positions, their contributions to the broader mission, and whether they are on the correct trajectory.
