The EBU Kids Audio community offers a space for sharing knowledge, experience, and formats in audio content for children.

Children’s media consumption habits are formed in a fast-changing environment, where multiple platforms compete for their attention. At the same time, there is increasing demand from parents and educators for engaging and entertaining experiences that are screen-free. Demand for audio content for children is therefore on the rise; a trend reflected in listenership figures in several markets.

In this context, public service radio plays an important role as a trusted source of high-quality audio content suitable for children.

EBU Kids Audio is a community of public service media professionals focused on children’s audio content, including radio and podcast producers, content strategists, and commissioners. Participants can keep up with the latest listening trends, share strategies for building or renewing children’s content portfolios, and find inspiration for creative use of limited resources.

Anyone working in a relevant role at an EBU Member organization is welcome to join the Kids Audio community and participate in regular exchanges.

To join the group, please contact Miranda Bratkic.
