Eurosonic brings Pet Shop Boys' concert to Euroradio Members

Electric sounds like a band reborn. Electric is the name of the twelfth studio album by Pet Shop Boys.

The English synth-pop duo formed by Neil Tennand and Chris Lowe was formed in the early 1980s. Since then, they have had 22 UK Top 10 hits and have sold more than 50 million records worldwide, becoming one of the most succesful British music outfits ever.

On 14th July 2013, they released their last opus, Electric. The album is nine tracks filled with an impressive freshness, permeated by the unmistakable essence of Pet Shop Boys. It is the first of their efforts to be produced by Stuart Price and the first on the pair's new "x2" label. "They now have their own label", says The Guardian. "They make it sound like fun".

In June 2013 they presented a selection of songs from Electric during an "electric" performance at Sónar, Barcelona's 20th International Festival of Advanced Music and New Media Art. Eurosonic was there to record an exclusive set. It is now available for Euroradio Members.
