The 2013 IFA, the world’s leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances, will be held in Berlin from 6 to 11 September. On this occasion, ARD will provide detailed information on digital radio at its booth. There will also be a special IFA live digital radio broadcast each day from 10.00 to 18.00, via RBB multiplex and Internet stream, supplemented by blogs and social media. Not only will ARD members have access to these IFA features for their FM programmes, the public will be invited to take part in digital radio production at the ARD booth by sending text and photo messages transmitted on DAB in Berlin.
