Panelists for the discussion, moderated by DR news anchor Tine Gøtzsche include Maria Rørbye Rønn, Director General, DR, Denmark, Cilla Benko, Director General, SR, Sweden, Brigitte Nickelsen, Corporate development and operation director, Radio Bremen, Germany, Helen Boaden, Director of Radio, BBC, UK,  Imen Bahroun, former CEO, TNTT and Director General, IBCOMPROD, Tunisia.

The keynote speech will be delivered by Maria Rørbye Rønn, Director General, DR.

A second panel discussion focused on the secrets of 15 years of successful Nordic drama production will be led by Piv Bernth, Head of Drama, DR, Denmark.

EBU Women Executives in the Media (WEM) was launched in 2014 by EBU Director General Ingrid Deltenre as an annual forum for women media executives to network and share professional experiences, and work towards achieving greater influence in their sector.

In tandem with the WEM initiative, the EBU has created a LinkedIn group to maintain regular contact.
