GREECE: NERIT Supervisory Board seeks CEO and Directors

The Supervisory Board of the Company "NEW HELLENIC RADIO, INTERNET AND TELEVISION SA", which was appointed by the Council of Ministers Act n. 25/21.8.2013 (Government Gazette Y.O.D.D. 400) and established the same day, addresses an open invitation for a call for expressions of interest in order to fill the position of:
a) CEO
b) Board of Directors
of the Company under the name "NEW HELLENIC RADIO, INTERNET AND TELEVISION SA" (NERIT SA), provided for by the provisions of Articles 9 and 16 of Law 4173/2013 (Government Gazette A ‘ 169).
The interested candidates should apply only by e-mail.
The application must be submitted by e-mail at [email protected] , and must be accompanied by a curriculum vitae setting out the qualifications and personal data of the person concerned. The full text of the Call is posted on the website www.minpress.gr.
The closing date for applications is September 6, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
