Fiction Experts Meeting 2017

Série Series 2016 - Fontainebleau, France

Eurovision Fiction is pleased to invite you to attend the 2017 Fiction Experts Annual Meeting to take place in Fontainebleau on 27 June in partnership with Festival Série Series.

What strategies are behind the upswing of RAI and VRT drama series and what can we learn from the fresh RTS survey on creative and commissioning processes in Europe? Czech TV is turning the global VOD competition into a good challenge. Nordic and German broadcasters offer updates of copyright negotiations and content strategies, while Dutch and Belgian broadcasters give a case study on their first co-production, which was a great success in both countries. Would your company be ready to join  pan-European VOD platform for pubcasters?

About Série Series Festival (27-30 June)

Série Series is a high-level meeting open to all TV professionals from Europe and further afield, and is both business and creatively oriented.

The festival is the place to be for networking and discovering new series with a selection of works in progress and outstanding series.
This year's theme for the festival will be "Courage".

Over 3 days of screenings and meetings, with no award element involved, Série Series gathers together 700 professionals from all over Europe (screenwriters, producers, broadcasters, directors, composers, actors…) around case studies, masterclasses and premiere screenings, in a very convivial atmosphere.
