Content Regulation Group - AVMSD Workshop

Ahead of the new legislative term (2024-2029), the workshop will help determine the EBU’s position towards a potential review of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive. It will provide a forum for discussion for EBU Members to examine the rules most relevant to PSM organisations, assessing the Directive’s effectiveness in view of national transposition/implementation measures, the emergence of new phenomena and the need for further or stronger rules in selected areas.
