The 2025 International Relations Plenary took place in Bucharest on 27–28 May, bringing together 68 participants from 38 organisations across 25 countries. Hosted by TVR, the two-day event offered a dynamic programme focused on strategy, advocacy, transformation, and international collaboration. Highlights included a fireside chat with TVR Director General Dan Turturică, sessions on navigating challenges in public service media, and updates on key EU media regulations. Participants also explored best practices in co-productions, content exchange, and successful international partnerships. The Plenary feature the appointment of the new International Relations Expert Group
